Jen is a certified personal trainer through ACE. She is also SPINNING certified. She is currently working on her group fitness certification and is looking forward to teaching cycle classes.
She enjoys running, biking, rowing and strength training. She is a long time runner starting with track and cross country. She has run 4 Chicago Marathons and numerous half marathons.
Jen is a mother of two young girls and understands how to return to fitness safely and quickly after pregnancy. Jen is also passionate about bringing her love of fitness to all ages and making lives better with activity and clean eating.
