Providing the Building Blocks

Fit 4 Life, our youth-oriented gym and fitness program for children ages 6-15 helps young people begin a lifelong journey of health and fitness. 

The gym boasts both strength and cardiovascular equipment which are used to provide youth with a sound strength regimen and fun cardiovascular workout, while improving reaction time and coordination.

Instructors help participants track their sets, repetitions and workload, which allows them to see their progress.

Fit 4 Life Exercise Classes

Kids learn how to properly train for a lifetime of fitness at Fit 4 Life Exercise Class. These structured, supervised classes provide a fun and supportive atmosphere while kids learn proper technique.
