Check out the new Octane Lateral X! This machine can be found near our elliptical machines and delivers functional challenges, more muscle demands and greater caloric burn. With a smooth 3-D motion that goes from a vertical elliptical stepping motion to an active side-to-side motion for functional exercise, the Lateral X challenges the entire body for better conditioning and even better results. In fact, research shows that Lateral X elliptical users benefit from a 27% increase in calorie burn and a 30% increase in inner and outer thigh work over traditional standing elliptical machines.

Courts Plus is committed to helping you find success in your fitness goals. The recently added benefit of 2 free one-hour personal training sessions for every Courts Plus member is an extension of this commitment. Personal Training Sessions give members a chance to orient themselves to the facility and its equipment with a fitness professional. This is also a time to identify goals, which the personal trainer can then help facilitate by teaching proper movements and techniques. Participants will walk away feeling more confident in the gym and more comfortable with their goals.
Several group training sessions are available this summer, including the new Drop-in Circuit Class, which requires no pre-registration. Look below for details about classes and schedules. Visit the registration site to sign-up or click on the class titles.
