Kids will participate in movement for the first portion of class and will spend the second portion of class discussing nutrition and body image with a Certified Nutrition and Health Coach.

Courts Plus Helps Keep Our Community Green with Paper Recycling

This yields Green energy savings of 28,536 kwh of electricity, 2644.8 gallons of oil, 48,720 gallons of water and 118.32 trees based on statistics provided by EPA.gov.

Courts Plus Member Climbs to New Heights

While many Courts Plus members have taken on the indoor climbing wall, Mount Endeavor and succeeded, it’s not everyone who can say they’ve conquered actual mountains.

Meet Chris Urgo, longtime Courts Plus member. Chris, along with his wife Kathy and two daughters recall joining Courts Plus just as the transition took place from the previously named “The Courts.”

Since being a Courts Plus member, Chris has run multiple marathons, triathlons completed two Iron Man competitions and most recently climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.

Keeping Courts Plus Clean and Healthy

It is cold and flu season and the health of our members is very important to us! Please make sure to wipe down fitness equipment before and after use. Thank you for your help in making Courts Plus neat and clean!

Success Story: Jimmy Kissinger

Congratulations to Jimmy Kissinger, Courts Plus member, on his new role as an officer for the Capitol Police in Washington!  Jimmy first applied for this role earlier in 2015, but did not pass a portion of the physical test.  He came out of that knowing he would need help in building strength so he began working with personal trainer John at Courts Plus.  He started training with John in September in preparation for taking the physical exam again at the end of October.
